Ben Egg Hunt

For three long days, Ben had been traveling through the Amazon jungle. He had traveling from the dense tress, avoiding the most dangerous creatures, swimming through piranhas infected water and survive the harsh, heavy rains. He had decided to take a trip to the Amazon forest to help him earn the experience if he had ever got lost; ironically he had actually lost both his phone and map, now he trap in the jungle with no way of finding a way out. As the day pass, Ben had spends his day now hiding in a isolated cave near the mountains, with his food supplies now wasted and his clothing nearly torn from another wild animal attack last night. He looks deep within the cave to find a way out within the mountain and hope to find a nearby village before he will die from either starvation or kill by nature itself.

He was at least smart enough to bring his flashlight with him, as he travel deeper down the tunnel as he goes far away from the entrance he enter and slowly darkness surrounded him. It felt like hours to him and all he can see was just dirt’s, bats flying pass him every few minutes and the countless sound of dripping water echo the through the tunnel. He soon realize that his flashlight batteries are slowly dying as his flashlight began blinking off-and-on, causing Ben trying to shake the flashlight in hope to stop the blinking. But no matter how much he tries, the flashlight eventually die and before his eyes the darkness had quickly surrounding him in it. Ben had to continue through the darkness, but for each step he takes fear began popping in his head: What if he falls into a pit? What if he runs into some dangerous beast? What if he will to walk down this tunnel for the rest of his life?

As he still question about his situation alone in total darkness, a small flash of light hit his eyes and turn to see a small light coming from the direct he was going. His mind quickly conclude it to being the way out and dash toward it without even thinking what out there or if it really the way out. The closer he walks toward the light, the brighter it became for him till it was too much for his eyes and soon walking blind in the light. It took Ben eyes only few minutes to adjust to the light after walking in darkness for an hour and soon found himself in an old, abandon cave that has hidden within the mountain for hundreds of years. The wall had picture of dinosaurs all over the room, but the color had fade away over the ages. He notices that the grass, flowers and even a tree had grow inside this cave. It was strange that he never heard a shrine and few tree were inside a mountain, he wonder how people would react to this.

It was then that he spotted an egg-shape stone inside the shrine and it was the size of his hand. He didn’t understand why, but strangely the stone was calling to him as a small, genderless voice appear in his head and told him to touch it . His mother always told him when a mysterious voice talk to him and ask him to touch a magical object, she advice him to get the hell out o there and run like hell screaming. But even so, he couldn’t turn his eye away from the stone while his body began to move forward without him notice it.  He still repeat to himself to remind himself that he had to find a way out, but slowly his hand extended toward the stone with his finger just few inches away to the stone. The stone glow the moments Ben touch it, but remembering his mom words decide to make the run before something else would happen. But each time he try to get up, his hand would not let go of the stone and soon the light got brighter till it consume Ben and the whole room too. The light had finally passed away and all that remind was the egg stone; only now the stone turn into a real life egg. Moment later the egg actually wobble and a crack appear on the egg…

Years later, a group of teenagers arrive at the Amazon jungle to go on an adventure that they believe will be fun and good for them; but like our hero Ben, they were so wrong. After surviving from both the animals, harsh weather and terrain, they enter the same entrance Ben went which lead them into deep in the mountain. After few hours of walking down through the dark tunnel (but this time they had enough flashlight to see through the dark) they arrive to the room where the wall paint and stone was. As group relax from the travel and some of the members try to find some way out of the cave, one of the group members found a broken egg shell on the floor, the same egg Ben found. By the look of it, the egg was not your usual bird or lizard egg, but none of them knows what it was. Just then a small voice came from the concern of the room and found a little, naked girl crying with her hair hiding her face. One of the member walk toward the child to help her, but the moment the guy got his hand close to her, the child reveal her dinosaur eye and fang as she bite the dude hand off. The whole group huddle together as the dino-girl began eating the teen whole hand down her throat while the dude tries to crotch away slowly. As the girl look at the rest of the group, they could see a lizard tail and the black claws on her hands as the child grin with her sharp fang at them. The child jumps into the air them and everything soon went dark and bloody.
